Elisa was my friend since grade school and we have shared a lot of things that only sisters would do, she was my best friend in the whole world and I'm glad I got to know her and be a dear friend.

Elisa was broken hearted during her last relationship. That was the reason why she stopped dating men. I told her that she needs to move on and find a new life and the only why she can do is dating men again.

She said she was not ready. Me and other girlfriend of ours would try to arrange a date for her but we would not heed. After one year of being separated from her handsome but stupid ex-boyfriend, I'm almost worried about how my best friend is handling her situation.

Although she made a point when she said that its not only through dating men that can determine the way she moves from her situation. dating men, said Elisa, is something special for her and there was no instance that she took it for granted. I almost feel sorry for Elisa because I know she was still hurting, she gave so much love to her ex-boyfriend and it was so unfair of him to just Elisa just like that.

But Elisa assured me that she is doing fine. She was very busy with her social works and was greatly involved with orphans. I think I need to give Elisa the benefit of the doubt when she said she's OK. She was not dating anyone but she was not gloomy or grumpy unlike before. I think her jam packed schedule is helping a lot in her coping mechanism.

I was really amazed with the way Elisa handled her relationship.For me, she was my idol, someone that I would look up to in terms of facing life's hardest blows. And another lesson I have learned from Elisa is never to give so much of love for someone. It is also good to reserve self love because uncertainties is ninety nine percent sure to happen.

Right now, I'm dating someone. Although I really like this guy and was close to falling in love for him, I'm trying my best to be careful and put some safety boundaries. I would always be reminded of Elisa. I would really love to be with someone romantically speaking. This guy that I'm dating may be a possible candidate but again I do not want to keep my hopes up.
