Among my best friends, I only have one girl friend that is still single up to now. She is already on her late 30s now and she still does not have any boyfriend. On our 20s, we have been trying to pair her to our other boy friends. But it does not work. She does not like to have a relationship with our boy friends other than friendship. So that gives us the idea to look for her pair somewhere else. We have tried to avail of the dating service which was recommended by another friend. At that time, establishing of friendship is still through letters sent through the post office. It is a bit conservative and primitive in those days. She had a few pen-friends referred by the dating service agency. At first she is enthusiastic in writing friendly letters to them. She chooses three guys, Richard from California, Lyndon from Canada, and Jason from Australia. She replies promptly and corresponds accordingly. But later, it is either she was the one who stop replying or the other way around, her friendship with those three foreign guys fade out. We tried to ask her for the reason of those friendship endings. She told us that along their exchange of correspondence she discovered something on Richard’s past that she cannot accept, while an annoying attitude on Lyndon which turns her off, and as for Jason she does not know what happened to him. He simply did not write or reply anymore. After that failed friendships, we usually introduce her to some acquaintances from time to time. She actually got passionate in one of the seaman that she met in one of the conference she attended. She works in our Municipal Planning wherein she often attends seminars out of town. But that was just a brief encounter because when they separate ways after the occasion, there was no follow-up meeting. That makes us to try again to look for a good dating service. This time it is online on the Internet. This technology gives a lot of options to friend-seekers. You can choose the nationality, the age, and even his exact location. You may actually visualize your friend in real-time through web cam. Thus, you may choose easily among those you met on the chat rooms. There are plenty of web sites now that offer dating service. As of now she has no sign of progress on any relationship. Probably it is simply her preference to stay single. She seems happy anyway. It is us who are more eager for her to have a partner. She seems contended with her status now. We will simply have to wait and see.

Kevin made his way around his small apartment, tidying up as he went. The aroma of his favourite homemade pasta sauce filled the air and he was feeling incredibly pleased with himself. He had been participating on several free online dating sites for the past six months but never had he reached the point of having a “real life” date. Tonight, all of that would change.

I just love rainy season as i am very crazy about going out in rain. I still remember those rain day's when i used to run around with my classmates spilling water on them and getting scolded at home for making my dress dirty. It was all fun and those sweet day's are already gone now !Now, i am in first year of my college life and life has changed a lot as i don't even get that much time to play around because of other priorities in life like studies, extra curricular activities like getting ready for college debate events, Public speking etc. I am very good in talking and obviously many females too get attracted to me very fast. I always go home around 6.00-6.30 p.m in the evening . Then i have coffee and watch T.V for some time and then i sit for studying. Later again for relaxation, i browse the internet for 30 minutes or so. But lately, i started spending more time on browsing after i was introduced to a dating site by one of my online friends. He was spending around 2-3 hours daily on a dating site and he explained me well on how exciting it is to stay on a dating site and how nice it is to be friends with beautiful girls from other parts of the world. This motivated me to get registered to a dating site and i also started spending more time there and made some good friends there. One cute girl became very close to me and we also started sharing our photo's. She was very cute and was her second year degree course in a place which is around 400 kms from my place.I started spending more time with her in the night and got to know that she is the only daughter for her parents and finally i decided to go to her place once to meet her. Since it was my first date, i was also quite nervous on the day i met her live. She was looking cute and gorgeous. We both went to a star hotel nearby for a candle light dinner. I am almost 40 years old and I am really getting tired of this whole dating scene. If things had gone right with at least one of the guys I have dated by now I would be someones wife and I would probably even have a few kids already. As things stand though, I am still alone living in the city and with nothing to really show for it, no real close friends no boyfriend and not even any boyfriend prospects anywhere in sight. When I was young I remember day dreaming about my future, I dreamt I would have a single and fun life until about the age of 25 where one day I would suddenly meet my soul mate, whom I would marry in a big white wedding and after that it would all be a fairytale ofhappinessand love.

After six months of separation from my wife, I began to realise that our marriage was over, we were no longer a couple and we were not going to get back together again. Part of this was accepting that she had found someone else and was now making a success of her new relationship. It was difficult for me to take, but I did in the end and realised that I had to move on with my life and needed to get back into the scene of dating women and, hopefully turn my life round the way she had.

It's been3 monthssince I last saw my partner of almost 4 years. It was my fault that we separated. You see, I cheated on her. I was drunk but still, it was no excuse for my actions. The last time I saw her, she said that we should be friends.
