My Adult Yarn

Sarah liked adult dating a lot better than when she had been a kid. Dating as a kid never ended up anywhere. Sure you could say you were "dating", but you never actually did much together. And you always broke up after about two weeks.

Adult dating was a lot different. You had nice candle light dinners, and soft, amazing sex. With adult dating you didn't have to worry about your relationship only lasting a week. Everyone was more mature. Except for Jerry.

Jerry was just like a kid, but he was 25. He always had stupid jokes that he knew were stupid, but he loved them anyway. He was immature and made sexual jokes all the time.

But Sarah loved him. She loved him with all her heart. But she did not want to love him. She wanted someone more mature. But she couldn't help it.

Finally one day she couldn't take any more of it. She told Jerry that he was too immature, and she told him that she wanted to break up with him. Adult dating was supposed to be mature and sexual. But Jerry was the opposite of that. But before she could finish what she was telling him, Jerry told Sarah that he had been meaning to break up with her a while ago. He told her that she was too serious for him.

Sarah was shocked. She wasn't good enough for him? That was ridiculous! But then she thought about it. What was wrong with being a kid again? Nothing! Being a kid had been fun! Then she realized what she needed to do. She needed to become one with her inner child again! Jerry had been right the whole time! Being immature was a good thing!

She called Jerry that instant to tell him that she would be more fun-loving from then on. He answered the phone and when he heard what she had to say, he sighed.

He said, "I'm sorry Sarah, but I've already found someone who understands me! I'm really sorry."

Sarah slid to the floor. She was astonished. This was something that would happen if she were in the third grade. Of course, that's what she needed to do. Go back to her childhood. But this was too much. She loved Jerry. Truly loved him. And if she couldn't have him, nobody could. She called Jerry back and found out that he was dating a girl named Sharon.

Sarah went to Sharon's house last night and killed her. I'm pretty sure that's not something children do when dating.
