My Adult Yarn

After being married for 7 years my husband has become a bit bored and recently suggested we go out with some of his friends who I know enjoy swinging. I know they are because one of the wife’s in the group is a good friend of mine and she confided in me that in order for her husband not to have a fling with someone else she agreed to try swinging with him. After she did it she never told me anything else, she never confirmed or denied but I have seen them out in town with several other couples. I also don't want my husband to havea fling with another woman but I don't think I am ready to open our marriage up to swinging.

I can't even imagine what it will be like, I have been married to Steve for so long I can't even remember what it's like to hug another man much less have sex with them. It hurts me to know that my husband is not happy with me anymore; if he feels he needs another woman it means that I am not pleasing him. I don't think it's my fault entirely though, after all he is the one that only has time for a quick kiss and a hug in the mornings. Several times I have tried to initiate something with him but it seems he's always soft and can't get excited they way he used to when we first met.

When I first met him it was so different, we used to love staying home instead of going out. We would have a romantic dinner, dance and soon a kiss and a hug would lead to spending the rest of the night making love. I never had to worry about him going soft on me or not being able to excite him. He used to be ready to go within seconds and now all he can think about is swinging so he can touch another woman. I say it's the same as having a fling, only I would be having one too.

It makes myheart ache to think we might have to divorce if he keeps insisting on this. I have realized though that I will not do it, I will always have a soft spot for him but I can not let him make me do something I find disgusting. If he wants to go swinging with his friends he can do it with his next wife.
